Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
- Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return
How to Return
- Email us at texasberserkers@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
- We will send you a return shipping label within 1-2 business days
- Pack your item securely and drop it off at any shipping location
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
Exchanges We do not process direct exchanges. Return your item for a refund and place a new order for the correct size or color.
Damaged or Wrong Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, email us immediately at texasberserkers@gmail.com with a photo and your order number. We will resolve it fast.
